Pressure Does Not Create Who You Are. It Reveals It.
This week has been a demanding one. Between business, ministry, school, and responsibilities at home, the pressure has been higher than usual. What I have been reminded of is that pressure does not create who you are. It reveals how you have been formed. When things are calm, it is easy to feel disciplined, patient, and in control. When everything stacks up at once, you find out quickly whether those things are actually rooted or just situational.
The work is not just getting through weeks like this. The work is allowing them to shape you into someone who can carry more without becoming reactive or diminished. That capacity is not built during hard weeks. It is built before them.
