Culture Does Not Break All at Once. It Erodes.

Culture does not break all at once. It erodes wherever a leader decides something is not worth addressing. Most leaders think culture is shaped by what they say. It is not. It is shaped by what they allow to continue. Culture rarely collapses in a single moment. It drifts through small decisions that go unchallenged.

People are not listening as closely as leaders think. They are watching. Over time, those observations become the real rules of the organization, and they determine whether people inside it have any real chance of flourishing. What you tolerate does not stay contained. It compounds until it defines everything around you.
